The planning and design of affordable housing is a unique and important part of our success. Through more than 30 years of construction and budget-related issues, we have defined the right product type and mix to gain maximum efficiencies in all parts of our communities. Working with Property Management, Venture is keenly aware of the many differences that set our projects apart from others and allow our Operating Budgets and Maintenance Costs to be considerably lower than those of our competition.
There’s nothing that impacts the cost of construction like a project’s design and layout. Our designs have proven to be some of the lowest costs per unit to construct in all of our active markets. Using enduring exterior materials, high-efficiency mechanicals, and energy-smart products in our windows, appliance, and insulation specifications, our unit design provides lower operational costs for the Owner and lower utility costs for our Tenants.
